Warhammer’s first 4X turn-based strategy game Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate - Daemonhuntersended up turning me into a bit of a Warhammer game convert last year, and over the last nine months or so I’ve been steadily hovering up as many Warhammer-themedstrategy gamesas I can muster. Today, I can add another one to my roster for literally zero pounds, as Proxy Studio’s 4X Warhammer-thonGladius - Relics Of Waris now over on the Epic Games Store for the next week....

The last stops arrive in March and May After 8 years of mega city-building, developer Colossal Order are moving onto their sequelCities: Skylines 2, but the first game isn’t done just yet. Paradox have announced a roadmap forCities: Skylineswhich will receive its last few content drops over the next few months. Aftertaking us to Korea, Cities: Skylines will continue its world tour with three new Content Creator Packs on March 22nd - next Wednesday - and a Colossal Order-developed mini-expansion in May....

It’squite lovelyeven in early access, and its success has apparently enabled developers Stray Fawn Studio to become a publisher. Their first project is publishingEarth Of Oryn, a fellow citybuilder with a medieval setting which is taking inspiration fromBanished, Age Of Empires andRimWorld. It does look pretty. The trailer shows the variety of landscapes and the different sorts of towns, castles and implements of siege warfare you might construct....

A shrektacular view Modders are having fun withResident Evil 4’s Chainsaw demo. Earlier in the week, they replaced Leon’s gun and knife combo witha banana and a spoon- optimal zombie-slaying tools, but now some more, err, drastic mods have been created for the horror action revival. By drastic, I mean modderIvenXIIIhas replaced the chainsaw-wielding Salvador with Shrek. I don’t have the heart to roundhouse kick my beloved childhood hero myself, but thankfullythis videoshows the battle in full....

Stable foundations Physics-based bridge-building indiePoly Bridgeis coming back for a third entry, developer Dry Cactus have announced.Poly Bridge 3is releasing on May 30th for PC and it’ll continue the series’ tradition of unstable bridge construction, with a hint ofTrials Fusion’stopsy-turvy physics. Your goal here is to get your vehicle from one side of the level to the next, hoping to dear god that your recently-built bridge doesn’t collapse. Poly Bridge 3 promises to be a more challenging sim than the other entries....

It’s like poetry, it rhymes The Sims 4recently spawned infants into its life sim sandbox via afree update, and the substantial Growing Together expansion. At launch, Sims would go from nascent babies to walking, talking kids, skipping the infant years that teach them, for example, how to talk in Simlish, although that does sound like baby talk too. The new expansion adds a lot to Sim’s life stages, but the real show stealer here is a pesky bug that elongates babies....
