Here was a drive that didn’t really move gaming performance beyond thebest SSDsof the PCIe 4.0 generation, but could boot general read and write speeds into the stratosphere. Thatcouldbe worth upgrading to, if the T700 itself stayed within reach of most PC owners....

You can play Farworld Pioneers in co-op or PvP, it’s got guns, you can build huge bases, you can explore planet surfaces and underground, you can build a spaceship and blast off to a new planet, and you can recruit and manage colonists. Iron Gate aren’t fans of the idea Developers Iron Gate have been receiving questions aboutValheimmods, and “what we as a company approve of - as well as what we don’t approve of.” So the team decided to clear up their stance on mods, and most notably, their stance on paid mods which is what they’ve been asked about the most. Iron Gate say “We are definitely happy to see that people are engaging with our game and creating their own mods for it,” calling the idea “flattering” in their recentblog post....

Stone Age still has a few more years left Two weeks ago, the up-and-coming farmlife simRoots Of Pachawas pulled from Steam following a rights dispute between the publisher Crytivo and developer Soda Den. The prehistoric Stardew-like has now returned to storefronts after both parties agreed to “amicably part ways under conditions that are mutually beneficial.” The game wasoriginally delistedon Valve’s storefront following a dispute “over the rights.” Soda Den had claimed that the publisher unexpectedly pulled the game from Steam, meanwhile, Crytivo responded that the removal was part of Valve’s policy when it came to these kinds of disagreements....

With bells & whistles Action platformer duo Ratchet & Clank have been around for over twenty years, but they’re only arriving on PC for the first time on July 26th. That’s whenRatchet & Clank: Rift Apart, the latest game in the series, will leap through the frequently used portal between PlayStation 5 and PC. Twitch Plays Pokémon meets intergenerational trauma Konami and lead developer Genvid have offered a first proper look atSilent Hill: Ascension, their “interactive video streaming experience.” Ascension was the vaguest announcement from Konami’s big Silent Hill blowout from last year, and though details remain foggy, we now have a somewhat clearer picture of what to expect.
