I really like this headset design. SteelSeries' Arctis Nova lineup are some of the most comfortable and best-designed gaming headsets I’ve ever used. (In fact, I just spent the last few days finding the perfect aftermarket cushions for my Arctis Nova Pro Wireless just to give it a unique look.) Scrub off that grim darkness PowerWash Simulator’s Spongebob DLCcame out last week, letting you scrub a pineapple under the sea. Now developers Futurlab have announced the paid update they’ll release near the end of the year, and it’s a crossover with Warhammer 40,000. Here’s an extremely brief logo reveal: Oddly, this means it isn’t the next paid DLC, which will arrive this autumn and hasn’t yet been announced. Before that there will be a new, free Muckingham files update - that is, new missions set in PowerWash’s own world, like thosereleased earlier this year....

Catch of the day It would have been easy to follow-up A Fisherman’s Tale in the same way, make a bigger game with a few new gimmicks and a comedy lobster voiced by Stephen Merchant. But that isn’t what developer InnerspaceVR has done. Instead, Another Fisherman’s Tale bends your neural pathways in entirely new forms, offering a completely different kind of puzzling. The results are equally innovative and almost as interactively satisfying - although a lack of refinement in the latter category is a deflating puncture in the game’s dinghy....

From outlaw to postal delivery service Red Dead Redemption 2’smodding scene had already flipped the wild west on its head with mods that turned Arthur Morgan into afirebenderor aplain old sheep. That’s all well and good, but Read Dead 2 is a game about some gruff dude simply trying to get on with his life. That’s why I’m intrigued by the recent Jobs mods that turn the game into a mundane work search, just as Rockstar intended....

Days after Blizzard dev confirms their existence. Mere days after aDiablo 4developer revealed the game’s rarest Unique items, someone has found the last one (the last for now, anyway). Diablo 4’s lead class designer Adam Jackson confirmed on June 24th that there are currently six “super rare” Unique items in the game. The Blizzard dev added that they will only drop at level 85 and above - with each item having a fixed item power of 820 - and can be found anywhere that normal unique items are dropped....

Bamco’s Anime Expo showcase also gave us another look at Sand Land and Naruto X Boruto The Bandai Namco Showcase at this year’s Anime Expo featured lots of gaming-related goodies, most notably the announcement ofJujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash, an all-new fighting game based on the popular anime and manga series. Brawls take place in a 3D arena, and happily look to be channeling some chaos from the Naruto Shippuden andDragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichigames....

Ark: Survival Evolved’s shutdown also delayed Studio Wildcard have once again revised plans forArk: Survival Ascended, the remastered version of dino survival simArk: Survival Evolved. The Unreal Engine 5 edition has now slightly adjusted its price, changed plans for the remastered expansions, and is now launching into early access sometime this October, slipping past its previous late summer window. Those still playing the orignal Survival Evolved have a small reprise, though, as the game’s planned shutdown has moved from August to September 30th....

Free-to-play, for real this time Disney Speedstorm, the House of Mouse hero-based racing game from Dreamlight Valley devs Gameloft, will launch fully this September. The announcement of Disney Speedstorm’s release date follows its launch into a paid Early Access run back in April, with those curious about seeing Disney and Pixar characters likeBuzzLightyear, Beauty and the Beast’s Bell and Monster Inc’s Mike Wazowski race around their respective movie-themed tracks able to cough up £20 or so for the pleasure....

And it looks to be based around the comic, not the TV show Zombie video gameDying Light2 will meet zombie comic-book series The Walking Dead in an upcoming crossover event that will probably involve zombies. That’s the “breaking news” as per theofficial Dying Light Twitter account, which dug through the currently rotting corpse of a billionaire manbaby’s social media platform to announce that the devs at Techland would be joining forces with Walking Dead publisher Skybound for a “thrilling crossover event”....
