The question is: how do you get it? We’ll show you exactly how to unlock the Nuke in Warzone 2.0 below.
How to get the Warzone 2 Nuke
The Warzone 2 Nuke involves many steps, which will take you several matches to complete even if everything goes according to plan.
Here’s how to unlock the Nuke in Warzone 2:
After achieving a 5-match win streak in the Warzone 2 battle royale mode, load into a new match and you should see a message pop up on screen that reads"Champion’s Quest Available".
This then directs you to the Tac-Map, where you should spot a golden Warzone logo somewhere in Al Mazrah. This marks the Champion’s Quest, which is aspecial contractthat allows you to get the Nuke.
After activating the Champion’s Quest, a contract tracker will appear on the left side of the screen with four circles. After a short amount of time, the first circle will show a chemical symbol, which will then also appear on your map. Follow this map marker to find the first of three elements that you must gather to construct the Warzone 2 Nuke. After finding the first element, it will proceed to mark the next one on your map.
You will be marked on the mapwith a large golden crown while you’re holding one of the elements needed to construct the Nuke. This makes you visible to all other players in your lobby. The elements also seem to disrupt your map (similar to the effects of a Counter-UAV), making it much harder to track where you’re going.
If you manage to collect all three elements, it will then pop up with a new message telling you to “Wait for bomb site reveal”. After a few minutes a large radioactive symbol should appear on the map showing you the location of the bomb site.
Head to the bomb site and deposit each of the elements. If you manage to survive the onslaught of players who’re presumably hunting you at this point and deposit all of the elements, you can then arm the Nuke (this acts like defusing a bomb in Search and Destroy).
After arming the Nuke, defend it for 2 minutes and it will eventually detonate, killing everyone on the map and giving you a Champion’s Domination Warzone Victory.
