Blizzard outline plans in new update Diablo 4isn’t due for release until next year, but in their latest quarterly update Blizzard have laid out their plans for post-release updates. Those plans include seasonal content, a paid season pass, and an in-game cosmetics shop. It’s everything you’d expect (or exhaustedly resign yourself to) in a live service game. “Diablo IV’s Seasons are modeled after those ofDiablo III,” says the latest post about the action RPG on theBlizzard blog....

It looks pretty swish. The virtual tabletop is called D&D Digital and it was announced today as part of the Wizards Presents stream....

The mod which inspired dozens of copycats There was a time in multiplayer first-person shooters when Capture The Flag modes were as ubiquitous as Battle Royales. Also like Battle Royales, it was a mod that was responsible for that ubiquity: Threewave CTF forQuake. Now you can more easily play Threewave CTF again. Bethesda announced during Quakecon today that Threewave Capture The Flag was now part of their enhanced Quake release, with nine maps, the grappling hook and new improvements....

Now that’s my kind of combo Square Enix have made a vast array of RPGs over the years, but rarely have they ventured into the realm tactics andstrategy games. A couple of big names come to mind, the obvious one beingFinal Fantasy Tactics, TacticsOgreif you count their PSP remake of Quest’s SNES original, and most recently, Triangle Strategy on the Switch.
