Details about the first-person magic shoot ‘em up are slim, but the trailer shows off some flashy magical spells and a fantasy city in crisis....

Ghosts of war It’s in this vein thatBanishers: Ghosts Of New Edenseems to continue. It’s an action RPG about “two proficient ghost hunters and lovers” set in the haunted, frozen wilderness of 1695 North America. You can watch the reveal trailer below. Banishers was revealed tonight during The Game Awards, which we’reliveblogging over here. The protagonists in the trailer are ghost hunters Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith. Antea was fatally wounded in the pair’s previous mission and is now “one of the spirits she loathes”, which seems sure to set up some inevitable ethical quandaries as you continue to work together to rid the world of what the press release calls “the threat of lingering ghosts and specters”....

He plays NUSA agent Solomon Reed We got another glimpse atCyberpunk 2077’s paid Phantom Liberty expansion atThe Game Awardstonight, revealing that Luther, Knuckles and Stringer Bell himself Idris Elba will be joining yer man Keanu in its starry cast. Come and see him in action in the reveal trailer below. Elba plays veteran New United States Of America agent Solomon Reed, and is apparently the only person V can trust in this new expansion....

No release date, though Bandai Namco revealed a new trailer forTekken 8at this year’sThe Game Awardsand wow did they bring the drama for this one. Not only did we see a montage of increasingly gritty brawls, but also some new info about the fighters we’ll be seeing in this, octequel(?). Cast your eyes over the trailer below. There’s a lot going on so let’s break it down. First off, the trailer revealed more confirmed fighters that we can expect to see in the roster, which now consists of Kazuya, Jin, Paul, King, Law, Lars, Jack-8, and Jun Kazama....

It takes place 1000 years after the original Apart from that, the trailer doesn’t give away too much about the game’s combat, though we do get some shots of fighting. Special props to the spiky-headed enemy at the backend of the trailer who literally headbutts the floor in an attempt to attack - it could probably give Pyramid Head a run for his money. The trailer also gives us some glimpses of terrifying boss encounters and some very shiny Knight’s armour for our player character....
